Venugopal G is an experienced Agile Coach currently working at Giesecke+Devrient, focusing on Agile methodologies in R&D for embedded products. Previously, they held positions such as Senior Consultant and Scrum Master at Deutsche Bank, where they led Agile transformations and implemented process improvements. Venugopal has also served as a Lead Consultant at Infosys and worked extensively in process and quality consulting, employing Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile principles. They earned a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, followed by a PGDBM in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Hyderabad.
