Milind Bhat

Milind Bhat has extensive work experience as an Agile Coach and Program/Project Manager. Milind Bhat, has worked in various companies, including the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Toppan Merrill, Datasite, U.S. Bank, Outsell, McGladrey, Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, and Piper Jaffray. Milind has a proven track record of leading Agile transformations, implementing Scrum and Kanban methodologies, and managing development, testing, deployment, and support cycles. Milind Bhat, is certified as a SAFe Agilist, PROSCI Change Management practitioner, and CSM Certified Scrum Master. Milind also holds an MBA degree.

Milind Bhat, an Agile Coach and SAFe Agilist, holds a Mini Masters in Information Technology and Application Development from the University of St. Thomas. Milind Bhat, also possesses a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Furthermore, Milind has a B.S. in Engineering with a specialization in Industrial and Production Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a BE Bachelor of Engineering in the same field from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI). In terms of additional certifications, Milind is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner obtained in 2022, a Certified SAFe® 5 Advanced Scrum Master obtained in 2022, and a CSM Certified Scrum Master obtained in 2013.
