Justin Wellman

Justin Wellman is a civil engineering professional with extensive experience in the field. Since October 2013, Justin has served as a Partner and Senior Project Manager at Giffels Webster. Prior to this role, Justin worked as a Civil Engineer III for the City of Royal Oak from June 2012 to October 2013.
