Alan Pyne is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and operations within the telecommunications and retail sectors. Currently serving as Head of MVNE and previously as Change Manager at giffgaff since August 2013, Alan has also held significant roles at Coles Supermarkets, including Commercial Manager for Coles Mobile and Gift Card Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Head of Operations at Tesco Telecoms and Change Manager at Tesco Mobile, where Alan played a key role in launching Tesco Mobile. Alan also served as Director at Schema and Principal Consultant at BIS Strategic Decisions. Alan holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University, completed between 1980 and 1984.

Together with our members, we’ve also supported people all over the UK in need of a helping hand, from large charities to smaller local ones.
