Melissa Cole

Melissa Cole is an accomplished data product manager with extensive experience in product management and analytics. Currently serving as a Data Product Manager at giffgaff since November 2024, Melissa has previously held roles such as Senior Product Manager at Housemark and Product Manager - Operations (Data & AI) at easyJet. Prior to these positions, Melissa worked as a Product Owner - Global and Business Analytics Product Owner at MHR, as well as a Project Manager at ERT. Melissa holds a PhD in Information Systems from Brunel University of London, earned between January 2002 and January 2005.
