Tom Geen

Tom Geen has extensive work experience in fraud and payments management. Tom is currently serving as the Head of Fraud & Payments at giffgaff since May 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Fraud & Payments Manager at giffgaff from May 2021 to May 2023. Before joining giffgaff, Tom worked at Debenhams for nearly two decades, starting as a Fraud Manager in November 2003 and eventually becoming the Group Fraud Manager from August 2018 to May 2021. During their time at Debenhams, they were responsible for managing the internal anti-fraud team, developing and implementing profit protection strategies, conducting root-cause analysis, engaging with senior stakeholders, managing security infrastructure, formulating company policies, and overseeing stocktaking processes and budgets.

Tom Geen obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the University of Bath, where they attended from 1999 to 2003.
