Luca Tesauro has extensive experience in the creative and digital sectors. Luca is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Giffoni Innovation Hub, an Italian creative agency that focuses on designing and developing innovative solutions and strategies related to art, culture, and the digital sector. Through their many years of activity in the cultural and creative industries, Luca has gained valuable knowledge and experience, allowing him to support and develop projects and events related to creativity, innovation, and digital culture. Luca also founded Giffoni For Kids, an organization that promotes activities and events for children. In addition, Luca served as a Member of the Digital Skills and Jobs Coalition for the European Commission, further highlighting their expertise in the digital field. Prior to these roles, they founded La Banca del Libro, a venture related to the literary world. Luca has also held positions at the Giffoni Film Festival, where they served as the Head of Innovation Hub and Communication Manager, as well as at Place, where they were the Creative Director and President. Previously, they worked as the General Manager of MTVacanze.

Luca Tesauro began their education in 1994 at the Università degli Studi 'Suor Orsola Benincasa', where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Languages and Linguistics. Luca completed their studies at the university in 2001. During their time at the university, Luca participated in the Erasmus Project at the Universitat de Lleida for one year, from 1997 to 1998, as part of their degree program in Languages and Linguistics.
