Chris Phillips

Chris Phillips serves as the Vice President of Development at GIFFORDS, a position held since November 2016 after progressing through various roles including Director of Development and Deputy Director of Development. Prior experience includes directing grassroots development at Everytown for Gun Safety and managing major gifts at City Year Los Angeles. Chris Phillips' career began at AIPAC, rising from the position of Los Angeles Assistant Area Director to Greater Washington Associate Director, where responsibilities included development strategy creation, member investment cultivation, and event planning. Chris Phillips holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Letters from the University of Oklahoma, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
