Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for both the Gift of Adoption Fund and the University of Florida Alumni Association, Damon is also the CEO, Founder, and Practice Manager at SUNT Group. Previous experience includes roles in product marketing at Browzwear Inc. and advisory initiatives at Smith + Crown, alongside founding a private label brand at Amazon. Damon held the position of Vice President of Operations at Browzwear and holds an MBA in Strategy & Marketing from the University of Cambridge, as well as a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
