Samantha Golden

Samantha Golden has over 20 years of experience in roles related to call center operations and emergency communications. Samantha has held multiple leadership positions throughout their career, managing large teams and implementing process improvements. Their work experience includes roles such as Director of Donor Resource Center & Tissue Authorization at Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network, where they oversaw a staff of 35+ and implemented coaching practices to improve tissue authorization rates. Samantha also worked as an Executive Director and Director at Medcor, leading various lines of service and ensuring high service levels. Prior to that, they served in roles at American Red Cross and local government agencies in emergency communications. Samantha has a strong track record of achieving results and optimizing operations.

Samantha Golden is currently an MBA candidate at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, with an expected graduation year of 2024. Samantha previously obtained a B.S. in Emergency Management from Jacksonville State University in 2010. Additionally, Samantha has obtained several certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute in 2022, Certified Tissue Bank Specialist(CTBS) from the American Association of Tissue Banks in December 2021, SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in September 2019, and Call Center Manager and Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC) from BenchmarkPortal and the Management and Strategy Institute respectively in 2018.
