Program and Project Management

The Program and Project Management team at Gift of Life Donor Program oversees the planning, execution, and completion of various initiatives aimed at enhancing organ donation processes and outcomes. This team manages training programs, talent development, advocacy events, donation authorizations, and coordinates interdepartmental collaboration to ensure the efficient functioning and growth of the organ donor program in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
