Currently serving as a Donor Service Specialist at Gift of Life Marrow Registry since September 2017, previous positions include Patient Care Coordinator at Holy Cross Hospital, Member Services Coordinator at Memorial Health Care System, and various administrative roles in organizations such as Broadspire and Hospice by the Sea. Educational background includes a diploma in Business Administration/Secretarial Practice from Half Hollow Hills and a high school diploma focused on Hebrew Language and Literature from Beit Yerech High School in Israel. Laine's strong skills in communication, organization, and patient relations have been consistently demonstrated throughout a diverse professional history.

Gift of Life added an in-house apheresis center in 2019 and cellular therapy laboratory in 2020, ensuring its commitment to quality and consistency every step of the way.
