Micha Berkuz is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in building and leading successful companies. As the Founder and CEO of Gifted since March 2016, Micha focuses on addressing challenges related to talent retention, partnership maintenance, and client loyalty by emphasizing appreciation within organizations. Previously, Micha founded BUYME, which evolved from a B2C gift card website into Israel's largest gifting and employee recognition platform, serving over 5000 corporate clients, including major Fortune 500 companies, from August 2009 to June 2020. Micha also served as CEO of Upsite LTD, a website development and SEO services company, from 2005 to March 2016, and held positions as Team Leader at Check Point and Programmer at IPC Software earlier in the career.
