Jenny Barnes

Jenny Barnes serves as General Counsel at Gifthealth since July 2025. Previously, Barnes held the roles of General Counsel, Vice President, and Privacy Officer at Quantum Health from September 2016 to October 2024, overseeing legal operations and supporting significant company growth. Prior experience includes Associate General Counsel at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, providing legal services within a large health system, Senior Counsel at American Electric Power focusing on corporate matters and M&A, and Division Counsel at Owens Corning, leading legal services for litigation and startup initiatives. Barnes holds an MBA in Finance, Economics, and Law from Loyola University Chicago, as well as dual BS degrees in Marketing from Miami University.
