Kasey Hafer

Kasey Hafer, PharmD, currently serves as the Clinical Manager of Operations and Staff Pharmacist at Gifthealth since March 2022 and has also been a Pharmacist at Hocking Valley Community Hospital since August 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist at Walgreens from August 2019 to March 2022, and as a Pharmacy Intern at Walmart from May 2016 to June 2019. Kasey began in the pharmacy field as a Pharmacy Technician at Kroger Pharmacy from April 2014 to July 2015 and has a background in payroll coordination at Ohio University from April 2012 to December 2014. Kasey’s educational qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy (2015-2019) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry Pre-Pharmacy from Ohio University (2011-2015).
