Rahil Siddiqui

Rahil Siddiqui began their career in 2004 as a Technical Support Analyst at GE Capital International Services. In 2006, they took on the role of Senior Officer - HR at GENPACT. In 2008, they were a Summer Intern at GE Commercial Finance, where they analyzed recruiting trends at top Indian B-Schools and revamped New Hire Orientation. In 2009, Rahil joined TE Connectivity as a Sr. HR Manager - Marine, Oil & Gas Business, where they managed the HR integration for a global acquisition and led the HR function for a Business Unit. Rahil also held the roles of Sr. HR Business Partner, Global HR Programs Manager, and HR Rotation Program Associate at TE Connectivity. In 2021, Rahil became the Founder of Gig and Take.

Rahil Siddiqui attended Osmania University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelors in Engineering in Computer Science. Rahil then attended Cornell University from 2008 to 2009, where they earned a MILR in Human Resources & International and Comparative Labor.
