Momen Kukhayl

Momen Kukhayl has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Momen started their career at AXA Gulf in 2013, where they held various roles including Executive in Healthcare Customer Service and Team Leader in Healthcare Policy Administration. In these positions, they managed team performance, ensured customer satisfaction, and handled policy administration activities.

From 2016 to 2019, Momen worked as an Efficiency Supervisor in Healthcare Operations and later as an Efficiency Manager in the Healthcare Transformation Office. In these roles, they focused on improving operational efficiency and implementing lean and process re-engineering initiatives.

In 2019, they took on the role of Project Lead for Data Migration and New Healthcare Platform Roll-Out, where they were responsible for planning and executing the migration to a new platform and assessing the business impacts.

In 2020, Momen became a Senior Healthcare CoE Manager in the CIO Office at AXA Gulf. In this role, they led the implementation of system changes and enhancements, managed business analysts and developers, and supported major healthcare projects.
