Paolo Ogno

Paolo Ogno currently serves as the Head of Retail Product Offering and Claims at GIG Gulf since August 2022, after previously holding the position of Head of Claims at AXA Gulf. Paolo's extensive experience in the claims management sector spans over 18 years, including roles such as Regional Head of Claims at Generali Asia, where responsibilities involved executing group claims strategies across multiple Asian markets, and managing Regional P&C claims operations. Prior tenure includes significant contributions at AXA Italy in insurance procurement, project management, and improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies, alongside notable achievements in claims service delivery and stakeholder management across various regions including Italy, Spain, and the Gulf countries. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from City, University of London, and a BBA in Business Administration from Università Bocconi, complemented by exchange programs in economics and political sciences.
