Brendan Tobolski

Brendan Tobolski is the Co-Founder and CEO of Gig Healthcare, a platform-based recruitment partner that offers personalized staffing solutions to health systems. Previously, Brendan served as the National Director of Workforce Solutions at Prolink, where responsibilities included overseeing sales and operational management of healthcare staffing solutions, program architecture and implementation, and strategic oversight of large-scale staffing deployments during the COVID-19 pandemic. Brendan contributed to $1.2 billion in staffing revenue over three years while managing a team of Workforce Solutions Managers. Prior experience includes roles as Division Sales Manager, Client Services Manager, and Recruiting Manager at Supplemental Health Care. Brendan holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Radiologic Technology/Science from Niagara County Community College.
