Earlier in their career, Isiguzo Uchenna held various roles at Red Star Express Plc and FedEx Red Star Express. From November 2005 to December 2021, they worked as a Field Service Representative (Operations) at Red Star Express Plc and also served as a Field Service Representative (Air & Ground Operations) at FedEx Red Star Express.

Isiguzo Uchenna also worked as a Logistics Officer at Great Branda Nig Ltd from January 2020 to September 2020, showcasing their expertise in managing logistics operations.
