Carolina Gomez Mesa

Carolina Gomez Mesa has a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources. Carolina currently works as a Talent Discovery Specialist at GIGA IT, where they focus on finding and recruiting top talent. Prior to this, they worked at 10Pearls as an IT Talent Acquisition professional from December 2019 to November 2022.

In 2019, Carolina worked at PERCEPTIO S.A.S. as a Coordinator of Personnel Selection, responsible for implementing recruitment strategies and ensuring a positive experience for consultants.
