Martín Luchessi

Martín Luchessi has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Martín is currently working at Grupo Giga as the Delivery Director - Nearshore Operations, where they are responsible for partnering with business executives on strategic initiatives and coaching Agile frameworks. Prior to this, they worked at Endava as the Head of Programme and Project Manager, overseeing project management capabilities and leading the local Project Management discipline. Martín also held the role of Project Manager / Delivery Manager at Endava after the company acquired Velocity Partners, where they initially served as a Solutions Manager and later as a Lead Developer. Martín's earlier career includes roles at EIV Software SRL as a Funtional Analyst and Programer and at Tek Consultants as a Software Analyst and Developer.

Martín Luchessi obtained their TOEFL certification in English from A.R.I.C.A.N.A (Asociación Rosarina de Intercambio Cultural Argentino Norteamericano) during the period of 1996-1998. From 1997 to 2009, they attended Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, where they earned a degree in Systems Information Engineering. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in July 2014 and in Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Database Development from Microsoft in June 2012.
