Hazel Hogfress is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT service operations and management. Currently serving as Head of Service Operations at Gigaclear since June 2023, Hazel previously held the role of IT Service Manager at Hampshire Trust Bank, overseeing major incident management and continuous service improvement from September 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, Hazel was a Senior IT Operations Manager at Nationwide Building Society, where responsibilities included managing a team of 30 and optimizing service delivery.
