Jeremy Wernert is an accomplished finance and telecommunications professional with extensive experience as a leader in various companies. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Repurpose It and GigaComm, and as Co-Founder and CIO of Palisade Impact, Wernert is recognized for contributing to the delivery of advanced telecommunications solutions in Australia. Previous roles include Founder and Managing Director at JW Capital Advisors, Head of Corporate Finance at Evans & Partners, and significant leadership positions at Macquarie Group and Merrill Lynch. Wernert holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of Melbourne and completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2020.
