Ashley K Gras has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific research. Ashley K began their career as an Intern at UC Davis Institute for Regenerative Cures in 2011, where they gained technical experience in obtaining IPSC derivation through transfection in an academic cGMP facility. Ashley K also performed clean room sterility testing in compliance with cGMP requirements.

In 2012, Ashley joined Cell Marque Corp, A Sigma-Aldrich Company as a Research Associate - Antibody Technology. Ashley K'sresponsibilities included immuno production of mouse and rabbit monoclonals and polyclonal antibodies for in vitro diagnosis by IHC, optimizing rAb transient transfection process, cryopreserving stocks, purifying proteins, and developing protocols for antibody characterization and analysis. Ashley K also performed molecular cloning, developed protocols for rAb titers optimization, and conducted immunohistochemistry staining on Ventana's Automatic Immunostainer Benchmark Ultras.

Ashley moved on to Stemcentrx, Inc. in 2016, where they served as an Associate Scientist II.

In 2017, Ashley joined AbbVie as a Scientist I, and in 2019, they transitioned to GigaGen Inc. as a Scientist II.

Ashley K Gras completed their undergraduate education from 2010 to 2012 at UCLA, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry.
