Kristin Farley

Kristin Farley has a strong background in talent acquisition and HR responsibilities, with experience working in various positions at different companies. Currently, Kristin is the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Gigamon, where Kristin manages talent acquisition worldwide. Prior to Gigamon, Kristin held roles such as Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at Evernote, Talent Acquisition Lead at GroundTruth, and Talent Scout at a tech center. Kristin also has experience in office management, marketing, and event coordination. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from UC Santa Barbara.
