Michael Paluzzi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael currently holds a role as DoD Sales at Gigamon, which they started in March 2020. Prior to this, they founded Falls Church Distillers llc in 2016.

In 2014, Michael worked at IBM as a Sales Executive, Hybrid Cloud, until March 2018. Before that, they served as the Vice President, Federal Sales at Boeing (Narus) from an unknown start date to May 2014.

Michael's experience with RedSeal Federal began in 2009, where they held the position of Managing Director. During their time there, they successfully grew the Federal installed base and established a strong customer reference base across various government entities.

From 2004 to 2008, Michael worked at IBM (ISS) as the Director DoD Sales at ISS & DoD Security Sales at IBM. In this capacity, they focused on delivering security products and services to the US DoD market, closing the largest deal in the ISS Brand history.

From 1997 to 2002, Michael served as the President of Alcatel Federal, where they significantly increased infrastructure, VoIP, and VPN technology sales.

Before that, they held the position of Vice President, Sales & Marketing at SysKonnect from 1993 to 1997. During their tenure, the company led the industry in FDDI sales and successfully penetrated the Government and key OEM markets.

Michael's career started at Vitalink Communications in 1990, where they initially ran European operations before moving back to the States to manage East Coast channels after the company's acquisition by Network Systems.

Finally, from 1985 to 1990, Michael worked at Novell as the Director System Engineering. Michael played a significant role in driving the company's revenue growth and expanded the SE and technical marketing organizations to a 100+ worldwide team. Michael also successfully signed major customers to software acquisition contracts.

Michael Paluzzi has a diverse education history. From 1985 to 1987, they attended the University of San Francisco and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management. In 2017, they earned a ServSafe Certificate from Premier Food Safety, specializing in safe food preparation. That same year, they attended Downslope Distillery and completed a program in craft distillery operations, focusing on spirit distillation. In 2015, Michael obtained a Level 2 Certification from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust. Michael also attended Pennsylvania College of Technology from 1974 to 1976, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Automotive Engineering. Additionally, they possess RSVP and MART Certificates from Virginia ABC, emphasizing their knowledge in responsible serving and management of an ABC licensed facility.
