Nikhil Jain

Nikhil Jain, CSM, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Nikhil started their career at Infovision in 2005 as a Software Engineer before moving on to Astadia in 2006. At Astadia, they worked as a Salesforce.com developer, Sr. Software Engineer, Technical Lead, and eventually became a Sr. Technical Lead until 2012. In 2012, they joined Simplion Technologies as a Principle Associate and worked there until 2015. Nikhil then joined BlueCoat Network as a Salesforce Technical Consultant for a year before joining Gigamon in 2016. At Gigamon, they started as a SFDC Solution Architect and later became a Manager, Business Applications (CRM) from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Manager, Business Applications (CRM) at Gigamon starting from January 2021.

Nikhil Jain, CSM, obtained their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University between 2002 and 2005. In addition to their degree, they have also received several certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in August 2019, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder from Salesforce in June 2017, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant from Salesforce in August 2011, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in April 2009. There is a mention of a certification as a Certified Salesforce.com Developer DEV 401 from Salesforce.com, but the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
