Russ Moore

Russ Moore has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the tech industry. Russ most recently worked as the Director of Global Services Operations at Gigamon from June 2020 to present. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Global Customer Services New Product Introduction at Palo Alto Networks from February 2018 to June 2020. Russ also served as the Director of Service Readiness at Brocade from December 2010 to October 2017 and held the position of Senior Program Manager in the Service Provider Business division at Cisco from March 2010 to December 2010. Before that, they worked at Extreme Networks in multiple roles including Director of Services Operations from June 2008 to March 2010, Director of Corporate Productivity and Quality from January 2007 to June 2008, and Director of Engineering Information and Quality Systems from November 2004 to 2007. Prior to Extreme Networks, they served as Manager of Service Readiness at Networks Associates, Inc. from January 2001 to July 2004. Russ also accumulated experience at Nortel as a Senior Manager of Programs and Operations in Global Product Support from 1996 to 2002, and at SynOptics/Bay Networks/Nortel Networks as a Senior Manager from 1996 to 2000.

Russ Moore attended San Jose State University and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree by the year 1989. Later, Russ pursued a Teaching Credential at San Jose State University in 1991.
