Liane Rulifson

Liane Rulifson currently serves as Vice President of Service and Technology Delivery at Gigapower, where responsibilities include leading service delivery and technical program management for a wholesale fiber network. Prior to this role, Liane held various positions at AT&T, including Assistant Vice President in Technology Program Management, where preparations for service launch and joint venture involvement were managed, and Director of Mobile Core and Network Services, focusing on security and performance in mobile networks. Liane's career also includes leadership roles in product realization and new product technology development at AT&T Mobility Services and Cingular Wireless, respectively. Liane possesses a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the UW Foster School of Business, an Advanced Development Program certification from AT&T University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Washington State University.
