Janet Frishberg is currently a Visiting Talent Partner at Gigascale Capital, a climate-focused investment firm. Before that, Janet worked as a Managing Partner at Growth by Design Talent, specializing in recruiting strategies. Janet also co-founded Equity for Impact, encouraging tech employees to donate part of their stock proceeds to charity. With experience at Airbnb as a Technical Recruiter and various roles at different organizations, Janet has a strong background in recruiting, program coordination, and community outreach. Janet's educational background includes a B.A. in Psychology and Environmental Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
