Shai Kapon

Shai Kapon has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Shai is currently working as a Senior Software Architect at GigaSpaces Technologies since August 2020. Prior to this, in 2020, they were a Development Team Lead at RSA Security from February to June.

In their previous role at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from January 2017 to December 2019, they served as a Team Lead, leading advanced technological initiatives, project management, architecture, and code quality. Shai also established and led development teams for effective execution and meeting business demands.

Before that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at AGT International from January 2015 to December 2016 and as a Senior Developer at myThings from September 2013 to January 2015, where they led big data development and implemented machine learning applications.

Shai also has experience as a Manager and Product Specialist at Orbitz Worldwide from August 2005 to May 2013, where they led a Java development team and served as a product specialist, and at Mobilitec (Alcatel-Lucent) as a Software Engineer from 2000 to 2005.

Prior to that, they worked as a Team Lead at Vsoft from 1995 to 1999 and as a VLSI engineer at Intel Corporation from July 1993 to July 1996.

Shai Kapon attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Engineering.
