Craig Short

Craig Short has a long history of experience in the IT industry. Craig began their career in 2013 as the Director of craigshort.it. In 2014, they joined Search Consultancy as an IT Support Analyst, providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to 750+ employees. In 2016, they joined the Royal Bank of Scotland Business as a Business Analyst, where they were responsible for credit card reconciliations and the implementation terms of reference. Craig also worked at Lloyds Banking Group as a Lead Business Analyst and IT Manager at Stellar Omada. In 2021, Craig became the Chief Technology Officer at Gigged.AI, where they are developing an ecosystem that makes hiring easy for companies and freelancers in the changing world of work.

Craig Short completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Networking Security & Forensics at Edinburgh Napier University from 2009 to 2013. Prior to this, they attended Biggar High from 2001 to 2007. Craig also holds a number of certifications from Microsoft, including MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional Server 2012 R2, MCDST: Windows XP, MCP, and MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, all obtained between 2008 and 2015.
