Bhaskar Ramaswamy has extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality sectors, currently serving as a Risk and Compliance professional and Regional Chef Trainer at Giggling Squid since July 2021. Prior to this role, Bhaskar held various positions at wagamama from May 2012 to June 2021, including Risk and Compliance Business Partner, Area Chef, Head Chef, and Senior Sous Chef. Bhaskar began a culinary career at Royal Caribbean International as a Senior Chef de Partie from 2003 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Science from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli.
