Brendon Orr

Brendon Orr is a Senior Compliance Manager at Westpac New Zealand Limited since April 2018, with extensive experience in financial services regulation. Prior roles include Senior Associate and Senior Solicitor at Chapman Tripp from September 2012 to April 2018, where involvement included collaboration with partners Tim Williams and Penny Sheerin on financial services regulation and securities litigation. Previously, Brendon served as Assistant Crown Counsel at Crown Law from September 2008 to August 2011, acting for the Crown on significant tax, securities, and constitutional cases. Brendon holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honors and Bachelor of Arts from The University of Auckland.
