Darko Salaj

Darko Salaj has extensive experience in operations management within the restaurant industry, currently serving as Operations Director at Giggling Squid since April 2017, after holding positions as Regional Manager and Area Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes the role of Operations Manager at Chimichanga from August 2012 to April 2017 and multiple positions at Prezzo plc, starting as General Manager from 2003 to 2007 and progressing to Area Manager from January 2009 to August 2012. Darko Salaj holds a BA(hons) in Business from The Open University, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
