Mahesh Kumar

Mahesh Kumar began their work experience in 1999 at Satyam Computer Services Ltd, where they worked as a Systems Analyst, managing software development teams and leading the proposal of a secure solution for Toyota Motor Corporation. Mahesh then joined Sun Microsystems in 2004 as an Individual Contributor, taking on the role of Technical Lead for the Sun Outlook Connector product team. In 2010, they transitioned to Oracle Corporation (formerly Sun Microsystems) as an Engineering Manager, overseeing multiple roles including project management, mentoring, and design and development of key product features. From 2012 to 2016, Mahesh worked at Nok Nok Labs as an Individual Contributor, focusing on the design and development of FIDO Ready certified multi-factor authenticator client software. In 2016, they joined Flipkart as a Software Engineering Manager, and subsequently held positions as the Senior Engineering Manager for the Credit Risk and Insights division and as the Director of Engineering for the Data Science and Engineering team within the Flipkart Fintech group. Most recently, in 2022, Mahesh co-founded Gigin - Bharat ka Trusted Job Bazaar, where they serve as the Co-Founder in charge of Tech & Product.

Mahesh Kumar completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, spanning from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained their Engineering degree from Siddaganga Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. The field of study for their engineering degree is not specified.
