Founded by GiGi's Mom, Nancy Gianni, in Hoffman Estates, IL, the organization now includes 44 community Playhouses including the first global Playhouse location in Mexico.

The Operations and Coordination team at GiGi's Playhouse Inc. ensures the seamless functioning of daily activities and the successful implementation of programs across all locations. Their responsibilities include overseeing the logistical and operational aspects of each Playhouse, managing and supporting staff, coordinating free educational, therapeutic, and career programs, and ensuring consistency and quality in service delivery.
