Christian Ayerst

Christian Ayerst has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Christian founded and served as a mentor at gigl, a video-based recruitment platform, where they contributed to reshaping the recruitment market and bringing the hiring process into the 21st century. Christian also worked as the Chief Executive Officer at Mental Health Support Solutions, focusing on creating mental hygiene and long-lasting change in attitudes and approaches towards mental health. Prior to these roles, they worked as the Senior Legal Counsel at Stolt-Nielsen Limited, where they handled a wide range of legal matters pertaining to shipping, logistics, and corporate issues. Christian also gained valuable experience as an Associate at Reed Smith LLP, specializing in energy, natural resources, and shipping. Additionally, they worked as a Tutor at Fachhochschule Schmalkalden, teaching English law, business, and language courses, and as a Foreign Language Assistant at the British Council.

Christian Ayerst attended the Quantic School of Business and Technology from 2019 to 2020, where they earned an Executive MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they studied at BPP Law School from 2008 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and achieving LPC (Distinction) in the field of study. Christian also attended The University of Manchester from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree in Law. In 2006 to 2007, they furthered their education by pursuing an LLM in Law from Ghent University.
