Colin Z.

Colin Z. has extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Colin'smost recent position is as a Dev Ops / Network Automation Engineer at GiGstreem starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CZ Consulting in 2021 as a Network and Automation Engineer, where they designed and deployed a two-tier VPN system and created Python-Jinja2 templating scripts for zero config deployment.

In 2020, Colin worked as a Software Engineer at Amazon Web Services (AWS) for a few months. Before that, they returned to CZ Consulting in 2016 as a Software Consultant, where they built a multi-threaded distributed data collection and processing system and developed a streaming dataset processor for analysis of clinical trials using Luigi.

From 2011 to 2016, Colin was the Lead Engineer at netBlazr Inc., where they were responsible for running, evolving, and architecting Boston's fastest residential ISP. Colin also developed device provisioning, automation tools, and other efficiencies to help netBlazr scale.

Colin started their career as a Software Engineering Intern at Google in 2011 and The Open Planning Project in 2010. Colin also worked as a Software Engineer at Alight Learning in 2009.
