Glade Luco has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, beginning in 1997 as Junior MIS at Good Earth Teas. In 1999, they joined @Home Network as a Technical Support Lead, where they were responsible for troubleshooting customer problems related to the @Home Network Cable Internet and affiliated ISPs. In 2001, Glade moved to Excite@Home as a Senior Software Engineer, where they wrote, tested and managed technical support content for the Excite@Home self help portal and internal knowledge base. In 2002, they joined SupportSoft, Inc. as a Principal Software Engineer, where they owned the user interface and diagnostic engine components of their installation and troubleshooting products. In 2008, Glade moved to support.com as a Software Architect, where they were responsible for the architecture and critical features of their diagnostics platform employed by Home Depot and support.com for computer repair. In 2009, they joined Zynga as a Distinguished Engineer, where they were Studio CTO for two games, one in California and one in New York. In 2013, Glade became Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Gigwell, where they were responsible for the full product development lifecycle from gathering customer requirements, converting them to product specs, and managing the engineering delivery. In 2019, they became CTO and Co-Founder at The Advance.

Glade Luco attended Y Combinator in 2016 to study Startups.
