Lucas Magon Santos has a diverse work experience in the field of game development and virtual reality. Lucas started their career at Colégio Eniac as an Editor Multimedia in 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Web Developer at Allcomnet. In 2014, they became the Director of Communications at Liga de e-Sports da USP.

In 2014, Lucas began their journey in game development at Bridge Games, where they created serious games for the treatment of children with medical conditions using digital game platforms and technologies such as AR, VR, and Kinect. Lucas achieved significant recognition, winning two national championships in the Microsoft Imagine Cup.

In 2015, they joined Stark Interactive as a Community Manager, working closely with the Brazilian gaming community to enhance their engagement with the company's games. Lucas organized tournaments, resolved technical issues, and provided support to players.

From 2016 to 2018, Lucas served as a Community Manager at Super Evil Megacorp, further honing their skills in community engagement and supporting players.

In 2018, they transitioned to Smurfit Kappa as a Game Developer, utilizing Unity to create interactive experiences with virtual and augmented reality for the company's customers. Lucas also contributed to marketing studies by developing software with eye-tracking technology.

Lucas continued their game development career at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein in 2020, focusing on creating interactive 3D games on the Unity platform for hospitalized children. Lucas utilized innovative technologies such as localized projection, augmented reality, and motion-sensing tools to enhance the children's treatments and daily routines. Lucas also supported the innovation sector by providing ideas, prototypes, and technical writing for proposals to partner companies.

In 2021, Lucas worked as a Senior Unity Developer at MedRoom, where they integrated Unity into virtual anatomy lab technology and developed virtual simulators with VR to enhance medical education for college students.

Currently, Lucas works as a Unity Engineer at GIGXR since 2022. Their responsibilities involve working on extended reality experiences, developing Unity components, improving code, and adding new functionalities to pre-existing systems. Lucas contributes to creating an innovative platform for healthcare education and virtual training.

Lucas Magon Santos pursued their education at the USP - Universidade de São Paulo. From 2011 to 2015, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, specializing in Games for the Rehabilitation of Children with motor and cognitive limitations.
