Yaseen Petersen

Yaseen Petersen is an experienced Field Service Engineer, currently holding the position of Field Service Engineer II at Gijima since October 2012. Prior to this, Yaseen was involved in the Santam Windows 7 Project as a Field Service Engineer. Yaseen's career in the IT sector began at HP Tech Support from October 2009 to May 2011 as an IT Help Desk professional, handling support for desktops and laptops. Additionally, Yaseen served as a Junior Field Service Engineer at Bytes Technology Group from 2007 to 2009. Yaseen holds a Diploma in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from ITBC, completed from 2005 to 2006, and a National Senior Certificate obtained at Rylands High School between 2000 and 2004.
