Directors Team

The Directors Team at Gila County oversees key administrative and operational functions to ensure the effective management of county resources and services. The team includes the Director of Human Resources/Risk Management, who handles employee-related matters and organizational risk; the Director of Information Technology, responsible for IT infrastructure and cybersecurity; the Director of Education Technology, who manages tech initiatives in educational settings; and the Director of Finance, who supervises financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
