Sander van Knippenberg, CHISL, MBA, is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in management, strategy development, and security operations. Currently serving as Manager of Infrastructure and Security Operations at Gila River Health Care, Sander has focused on enhancing the IT security program and successfully led a significant upgrade project. Previous roles include IT Director at the Department of State, the Netherlands, where Sander developed and implemented IT strategies, and Deputy Mayor & Alderman at the Municipality of Texel, where data-driven decision-making was introduced. Sander has held multiple IT Service Manager positions, excelling in optimizing IT operations and team performance across various organizations. Holding a Master of Business Administration from Maastricht School of Management and the CHISL certification from CHIME Education Foundation, Sander also possesses degrees in History and Philosophy of Science and Computer Science from the University of Twente.
