Robert Moses

Robert Moses serves as the Executive Chef at Prime within Gila River Resorts & Casinos, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Robert held the role of Executive Chef at Le Âme in The Global Ambassador Hotel from September 2023 to April 2024, and at Maple & Ash from April 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team of over 40 personnel while maintaining high standards of quality. Robert's earlier experience includes roles such as Sous Chef at Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails, where significant contributions helped elevate the restaurant's ranking, and Kitchen Manager at Fibber Magee, focusing on customer experience and quality dish enhancements. Robert's culinary journey began with a degree in Classical Culinary Arts from the Arizona Culinary Institute, completed in January 2004.
