Maia Caranciuc is an accomplished finance and operations professional with a robust background in accounting and human resources. Currently serving as a Finance and Operations Manager at Index since August 2020, Maia oversees productivity, cost reduction, supply chain management, and employee relations. Previous experience includes a long tenure as HR Manager and Chief Accountant at Technosoft SRL, where significant cost optimization achievements were realized. Maia has also held key positions such as Chief Accountant at Haruz Grup SRL and Unibrand SRL, and Tax Consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers. With a Certified Management Accountant (CMA®) certification in progress, Maia possesses advanced degrees in Financial Tax Law and Accounting and Audit from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, further enhancing expertise in financial management.
