Kenneth Russo

Kenneth Russo, CPE, is a seasoned preconstruction executive with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as Preconstruction Executive at Gilbane Building Company since February 2017, Russo previously held the position of Director of Preconstruction at KBE Building Corporation from October 2002 to December 2016, and was a Project Executive at Downes Construction Co., LLC from May 1983 to October 2002, where responsibilities included overseeing projects in the private sector, specifically in Design/Build and Construction Management. Kenneth Russo began his career as a Project Manager/Estimator and has led Design/Build teams for various projects, including hospitals, municipal buildings, and commercial office spaces. Kenneth Russo holds an Associate degree in Architectural/Engineering from St. Mary College, earned between 1961 and 1963.
