Phill Herrell

Phill Herrell is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in preconstruction and estimating roles. Currently serving as a Sr Preconstruction Executive at Gilbane Building Company since November 2012, Phill has held multiple positions within the company, including Preconstruction Executive and Estimating Executive. Prior to this, Phill worked as a Sr. Estimator at Hogan Construction Group from March 2011 to September 2012 and was the SPD Chief Estimator at Turner Construction from February 2006 to January 2011. Phill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science from Kansas State University, earned between 1978 and 1982.
