Michael Coss

Michael Coss is a Senior Project Executive at Gilbane Building Company since March 2023. Prior to this role, Coss served as the Director of Business Development at Bernards from February 2011 to February 2023, focusing on expanding the business in the Central Valley and Northern California, and establishing a new branch office in San Jose. Coss aimed to position Bernards as a leading Northern California General Contractor, targeting revenues of $500 million to $1 billion within 5 to 10 years. In earlier roles at Bernards, Coss was a Project Executive overseeing multiple projects, including detention facilities and commercial construction, and held positions as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager.
